Featuring a powerful commercial grade, whisper quiet condenser motor, fixed gravity feed and gear drive operation, this slicer quickly and efficiently slices breads, meats, fruits, vegetables, cheese and more.
Its 8" (20 cm.) diameter heavy- duty stainless steel blade slices from deli-thin to 5/8" and includes a stainless steel blade cover that reduces friction during slicing. A fully retractable food carriage handles extra large foods effortlessly.
The unit's cantilevered design allows for easy clean up and accommodates any size tray and the base plate and other parts remove easily for cleaning. Included with the slicer are a blade sharpener, a tool for easy blade removal and a serving tray.
