I was very excited to get this griddle. When I used it the first time, it seemed fine for making fish. I tried the griddle side for pancakes and they stuck like crazy (I thought it was non-stick finished?). When I tried cooking something thick, it took forever. When I tried cooking something with marinade, it was a mess to clean up and stunk up the kitchen. I'm working with it. It was great for grilling scallops. I want to put it in the dishwasher, as it is not an easy clean up, but I don't see anywhere that it is dishwasher safe.
