| Kitchen Kapers was named Housewares Design Award Kitchenware 2007 Retail Excellence Honoree at the International Home and Housewares Show in New York on January 30, 2007.
The Housewares Design Awards recognize design’s critical importance in the housewares industry. Well-designed products bring excitement and vitality to the market, offer better value to consumers and increase sales.
In addition to the Design Awards, retailers are also recognized for Merchandising Excellence in 10 categories. Macy's, Home Depot, and Fortunoff are just a few of the other retailers also honored.
The 2007 Housewares Design Awards were presented at a gala luncheon at the Marriott Marquis hotel during the New York International Gift Fair. The awards, presented by HomeWorld Business, were sponsored by GLM and Dupont, and supported by the International Housewares Association (IHA).
