You will never overcook another roast again! The CDN is easy to use and lets you know when to take your meat out of the oven. I like medium rare and it let me know when the meat was at the appropriate temperature to take out of the oven so it has enough rest time. Awesome!!!

The thermometer is accurate and may be a good purchase for many people. However, switching between probes is awkward and the swivel probe wants to swivel shut when inserting into meat. It is easier to just use the remote probe. So the main point of this device is less than it seems. My biggest problem is the alert that goes off 10 degrees before the target temperature is reached. I can't figure out how to shut it off. It keeps beeping intermittently. For this reason I have gone back to my old probe thermometer and this one sits in a drawer.
