Caffeine: Green tea is unfermented and contains very low levels of caffeine, less than 50 milligrams per cup. Decaffeinated Honey Ginseng contains a miniscule amount of caffeine.

Preparation & Serving: Heat water to just below boiling point (175°-185°F). Place one tea bag in your cup, pour in the water and infuse for one to three minutes.
