The William Bounds Key Pepper Mill has a unique milling mechanism that crushes rather than grinds the peppercorns. It will never "jam" or wear down. The mill can be used by either a right or left-handed person. The William Bounds Key Pepper Mill contains corrosion resistant all stainless steel shafts and othe metal parts.

To use and adjust the William Bounds Key Pepper Mill:

• To mill - While holding the base, grasp the handle and turn clockwise to mill. For left-handed use, you can turn counterclockwise for milling.
• To adjust - Rotate the adjustment ring (located under the crank handle), in the direction of the arrows, counterclockwise for fine and clockwise for coarse. You have 3 settings: Fine, Medium and Coarse.
• To fill - Turn the top knob counterclockwise all the way to take off. Lift off the crank handle and fill.
