This 12" round griddle features a stay-cool handle and a non-stick cooking surface for easy cleaning. The exterior features AllClad's LTD finish. The LTD collection features a high-heat transfer, dark anodized exterior that is extra-thick and will not scratch, chip or peel. This anodized exterior offers superior heating throughout the pan.
Use wood or nylon utensils and do not place in dishwasher, as finish may be scratched or begin to peel.

The only problem I have with this item is the edges I have a problem cleaning off the sticky grease residue. Other than that it is a great item and I was able to clean the rest without a problem
