The flat Grande Griddle features stay-cool handles and a non-stick cooking surface for easy cleaning. The exterior features AllClad's LTD finish. The LTD collection features a high-heat transfer, dark anodized exterior that is extra-thick and will not scratch, chip or peel. This anodized exterior offers superior heating throughout the pan.

The Grande Griddle measures 13" x 20" and fits over two burners. Use wood or nylon utensils and do not place in dishwasher, as finish may be scratched or begin to peel.
