Baked French Toast

Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Combine eggs, milk, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Place bread slices in a baking dish and cover with egg mixture.
  3. Refrigerate 2-4 hours.
  4. Transfer bread to baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
  5. Bake, uncovered. 350 F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with Vanilla Maple Syrup (below) and butter, and top with a sprinkle of vanilla powder.
Serves 4.




Vanilla Maple Syrup

Ingredients: Directions:
  • Add vanilla to maple syrup and stir to blend. Serve warm.
