Breville's Smart Oven Pro employs the brilliant Element IQ System to choose the ideal heat source and temperature control for the type of cooking you are doing.
The Pro oven now includes a Slow-Cook mode with an auto "Keep Warm" setting for a total of 10 pre-set cooking functions (Toast, Bagel, Bake, Roast, Broil, Pizza, Cookies, Reheat and Warm) and also has a new interior light with a replaceable 25-watt bulb. Select what you need from the backlit LCD display. The Smart Oven will suggest the temperature and time and manage the heating elements that will give the best results for what you're preparing!
The Smart Oven Pro has 5 powerful independent heating elements to accommodate multiple combinations of top and bottom-fired heat and a powerful convection fan can reduce cooking times by 30%! Breville's Element IQ technology controls it all for the best possible results. The Smart Oven Pro includes a non-stick pizza pan, enamel baking pan and enamel broiling rack and it features a magnetic Auto-Eject Rack so you don't have to reach in.
The double-wall oven door is insulated and has a two-pane window to hold in the heat, plus the whole floor of the Smart Oven is a crumb tray and the entire interior has a non-stick coating so it can be cleaned easily.
