Copper Fusion Cookware from Chantal is an innovative line that combines the performance advantages of copper with the convenience of enameled steel. This German made, professional quality cookware will last a lifetime and can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction.

The Chantal Copper Fusion 10" Frypan is staple in any kitchen. The frypan is a great tool for cooking eggs, making sauces, frying chicken tenders, and more. The helper handle that is opposite the long handle will help you to balance the pan when transferring your food to your plate.

About Chantal Copper Fusion Cookware
Copper is the best conductor of heat. Chantal's patented copper-fused technology features a copper plate fused in between layers of carbon steel. The result is cookware that heats quickly, evenly, and with no hot spots. A durable base enamel surrounds the fused metal, and an easy-to-clean top enamel layer is added to the inside of each pan.

Chantal's Copper Fusion Cookware is a healthy way to cook because no oils are needed to keep your food from sticking. The top enamel coating offers a nonstick surface without the use of chemicals or nonstick coatings that can be scratched and peel. Also, there is no exposed metal on the cooking surface of each pan, so there is no metal transfer or interaction with food, and you can safely use the cookware for serving at your table or storage in your refrigerator.

The handles of Copper Fusion Cookware are made of cast stainless steel. The long, ergonomic handles will stay cool, and the shorter helper side handles help you balance the pan when lifting. The handles are attached with a rivetless design, so the inside of each piece of cookware is smooth so food won't get stuck.

Made in Germany; broiler and dishwasher safe.

  Everything sticks

Even with the heat down 50%, most foods stick. And any kind of egg is absolutely impossible. Definitely not worth the money.

Bottom Line: The Chantal Copper Fusion cookware is superb! The copper core is actually fused with the steel to

create an alloy that has the same heating properties as the copper itself, meaning a quick transfer of heat. Also, unlike copper, which also loses heat quickly after you turn off the burner, the Copper Fusion retains heat similar to cast iron. It is also easy to clean, as the enamel is very hard and smooth. The handles never got hot even when I was frying chicken, so yeah, they are stay cool. Other things I liked are the helping looped handles. They make it easy to remove the pan from the stove without mishap. Also, the beauty of the cookware plus its heat capacity will allow you to take the pan to the table to serve! The enamel coating is also non-reactive, so cooking with tomatoes, lemons and other acidic foods presents no problems. There are also no rivets on the interior to catch hold of food and stick to. The bottom line, this cookware takes the best aspects from many types of cookware and rolls them into one very useful tool. They are so worth the money. If you want to cook like a professional chef, get the tools the professional chef uses. It makes all the difference.
