Jason Page is from the Philadelphia area and is currently living in Cherry Hill. He has studied under chefs such as Lee Hefter who is now the executive chef of Spago and Genaro Monticello . His passion for local ingredients and strict seasonal produce have earned him a reputation for having tremendously fresh, bright, and explosively flavorful cuisine. With many different styles in cooking, Vietnamese and Japanese really come out in his recipes and with Jersey’s great produce we can expect some great dishes.
