The heavy-gauge stainless steel is extremely durable and easy to maintain. The aluminum and copper base provides fast, efficient and even heating. The handles of each cookware piece are heavy gauge 18/10 cast stainless steel and easy to grip, while the self-basting lids are tempered glass with a stainless rim. The flared lips of each pan provide drip-free pouring.
