Store your butter at room temperature and keep it spreadable with this Emile Henry White Butter Pot. This uniquely designed and handcrafted ceramic piece allows butter to stay fresh, creamy and easily spreadable for up to 30 days. Measures 4" in diameter. Holds 6 oz. Made in France.
To use the Butter Pot:
- Allow your butter to soften, then pack it firmly inot the cup of the lid.
- Fill the bottom bowl with 1/2" of cold water, making sure the water is high enough to create a seal when the lid is placed on the bowl.
- Place the lid into the bowl and your butter will remain fresh and spreadably soft. The water in the bowl should be changed every 3 to 4 days.
