This plastic hamburger press lets you make uniform 4" hamburger patties quickly and easily, allowing for even cooking times. Use with ground beef, chicken or turkey.
To use:
- Form ground meat into a small ball.
- Place meatball on plastic wrap or wax paper.
- Put press on top of meat and push down with pressure to force meat to spread out to the inside edges of the press.
- Lift up press and push plunger as far as it will go. 4" uniform meat patty will easily drop onto plastic wrap.
- Repeat directions with each patty to be formed.
1/3 lb. ground meat makes a 4" patty 1/2" thick.
1/4 lb. ground meat makes a 4" patty 3/8" thick.
