Shipping Times
Each item is labeled with a shipping time, usually either 1-2 business days or 3-5 business days. These times are based on where that particular item is warehoused. After your order ships, delivery takes 1-2 business days to the Northeast, 2-3 business days to the Southeast and Midwest, and 4-5 business days to the western part of the country.
Free Standard Shipping to a single address in the Continental US on orders of $99 or more (Continental US only).
Your order will ship via either UPS or Priority Mail. This shipment method is determined automatically at the time your order ships and is based on such factors as weight, value, and delivery location.

APO / FPO orders
At this time, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. All orders must contain a domestic physical shipping address.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
- Orders shipped to New Jersey are charged 7% sales tax.
- Orders shipped to Pennsylvania are charged 6% sales tax.
- Shipping charges are taxable.

Return Policy:
We don't require an RA (Return Authorization).
Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip and include the slip with your return. Make sure you send your return via an insured and trackable service such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You'll want to be able to track the package if any questions arise. Return your item in an appropriate corrugated outer shipping carton (like we used to ship to you).
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us before proceeding.
Orders placed between October 10th, 2007, and December 31st, 2007, must be returned by January 31st, 2008.
All other orders must be returned within 30 days of when you received your original shipment.
Food items cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are not refunded / reimbursed.
If our shipment to you is refused, or if it's returned to us because of an address error, etc., the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items from Alessi can only be returned if in Brand New, Unused, and Resellable condition.
