Chroma's Kasumi Titanium 7" Santoku Knife features a truly unique construction and a proven, traditional shape that many enjoy as their primary kitchen knife. The santoku blade is prized for its ability to make straight and precise cuts. The Kasumi Titanium Santoku enhances the precise performance with a slick and very protective blade surface that makes cutting feel effortless. It's certainly among the speediest-performing cutlery lines we carry. The hand-honed Japanese edge is fairly straight from the heel though 5" toward the tip, then it curves up to the tip. This helps the Kasumi Titanium Santoku become capable of rocker-style cuts, which is not always the case with a traditional santoku profile. Make in Seki, Japan. Hand wash only.

Features of the Kasumi Titanium 7" Santoku Knife include:
  • Innovative design of chromium vanadium steel core, coated in titanium
  • Thin ground blades with double bevel edge
  • Razor-sharp, professional performance
  • Rockwell C59-60°
  • Titanium surface is slick, non-corrosive and completely non-reactive
  • Available in Blue or Gold tinted blades
  • Contoured polypropylene handle is seamless and hygienic
  • 7" traditional santoku profile creates straight, precice cuts
  • Versatile enough to be used as a primary knife, excels at chopping and slicing
  • Edges are honed and polished by hand
  • Extremely corrosion-resistant, easy to care for and clean
  • Non-magnetic (cannot be stored on a magnetic knife holder)
  • Made in Seki, Japan
  • Manufacturer's lifetime warranty
