The Kyocera Mandoline Slicer features an Advanced Ceramic double-edged blade that will help you slice your fruits and vegetables in half the time. The slicer will give you a 1.5mm wide slice each time you slide your food down the mandoline and another when sliding your food back up. The blade is permanently fixed so there are no blades to switch out.
The mandoline also features notches at the bottom corners so you can rest the slicer on top of your bowl. An ABS plastic handguard is included to securely hold your foods and protect your fingers from the blade. Mandoline is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
