The Polder Classic Cooking Thermometer & Timer will give you an accurate temperature reading without opening the oven door. The LCD display shows current temperature, as well as desired temperature, so there's no guesswork. The chrome and black mechanism will complement virtually any kitchen decor.
The thermometer and timer functions will operate simultaneously or indiviually. The thermometer features a probe that is inserted into your meat and attached to the thermometer mechanism by a 43" heat-proof wire cord. The pre-settable 5 minute alarm has a temperature range from 32°F to 392°F, so you'll know when your meat is at your desired temperature. A USDA food temperature cooking chart is included so you always know what this ideal temperature is. A memory function will save the last temperature used, so when repeating a recipe, you don't have to re-program the thermometer.
The Polder Classic Cooking Thermometer & Timer includes two magnets so you can keep the thermometer on your stove or oven door and a pan clip so you can use the probe for stovetop cooking. Batteries included.
