Pros: assurance that you can cook creatively with foods that are the healthiest and not the most trendy or costly. Foods that are grown in your own garden, and available from your local grocers.
Summary: This book is great, and diversified when it comes to preparing a powerfull well -balanced meal. It has recipes for all; Vegan, Vegetarians, & Carnivours.
