This is a comment sent to one of our Culinary Academy chefs regarding her "Sauce Making 101" class.
"I wanted to let you know how much I have been using and enjoying the sauces that I learned in your class. My friends can't believe how one class can turn someone who couldn't boil water into a real cook. I have used your deglazing chicken breast method several times with the different sauces, and have been playing around making my own and really enjoying myself. The super easy tomato sauce has won me rave reviews from my friends; if they only knew it isn't any more difficult than opening a jar. You have sparked a real joy of cooking in me. Everything has turned out beautifully."
