We don't require an RA (Return Authorization), but you MUST print, fill out, and include our return form with your return. The form is available here. (Adobe Reader required).

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us before proceeding, so that we can remedy the situation for you.

Make sure you send your return via an insured and trackable service such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You'll want to be able to track the package if any questions arise. Return your item in an appropriate corrugated outer shipping carton (like we used to ship to you).

Holiday Return Policy
Orders placed between October 10th, 2014, and December 31st, 2014, must be returned by January 31st, 2015.
All other orders must be returned within 30 days of when you received your original shipment.

Fine Print:
  • Food items cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded / reimbursed.
  • If our shipment to you is refused, or if it's returned to us because of an address error, etc., the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you're planning to reship your order, please check it before you do. We can't be responsible for orders after they've been reshipped.
  • Alessi items can only be returned if in Brand New, Unused, and Resellable condition.
  • SodaStream Home Soda Maker Kits are shipped via a special method due to the carbonator canisters they contain. For this reason, if you wish to return a SodaStream Home Soda Maker Kit you must either return it to your local Kitchen Kapers location or ship the return at a shipping center, such as FedEx, that can handle HAZMAT shipments. For more information regarding SodaStream returns, please contact us at 800-455-5567 and we'll be happy to help you locate the nearest shipping center that can accommodate your return.
  • Susquehanna Glass sets are engraved to order and cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • John Boos Kitchen Furniture items that are special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
