I bought this turkey sling with great expectations - I have always used a 'V' shaped meat rack and found that the turkey was difficult to lift off the rack. I have used the silicone holder twice now and have ended up with the underside of the turkey being extremely undercooked. The holes are too small, which prevents proper air circulation. Also, it doesn't sit high enough off the bottom of the pan, which results in the turkey soaking in it's own juice.
