Deep Fryers

Two words: French. Fries.

Well, in truth there are a gazillion delicious reasons to buy a deep fryer, but french fries are a great place to start. Note that some of the fryers are not the traditional type and require much less oil. This is a great innovation for the increasingly health-aware cook, but those fryers will be more limited in the range of foods they can produce.
