Shun Dual Core Knives feature a wicked-sharp high-carbon steel edge that's extremely agile and very strong. Traditional Japanese octagon-shaped bolsters and NSF-certified handles of ebony PakkaWood provide a comfortable and secure grip.

Both the Narukami and Dual Core knives are NSF certified for use in professional kitchens, include free lifetime sharpening and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Handwash only. Handcrafted in Japan.
