Spiral Slicer

The Spiral Slicer by HIC cuts julienne strips in two sizes. Each side is fitted with fixed stainless steel blades that will slice a clean julienne from zucchini, carrots, cucumbers, yellow squash and other vegetables. The small side cuts 2 mm wide x 3 mm thick and the large side cuts strips 3.5 mm wide x 5 mm thick. Just insert the vegetable and turn! Use the vegetable ribbons for salads, slaws, soups, pastas and stir fry. Includes a pusher lid to help safely turn smaller end pieces while keeping fingers out of harms way. The Spiral Slicer is compact for easy storage and dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
