This Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup is Easy to use! To measure dry ingredients, on the "dry ingredients" side, simply slide the sleeve to the desired location aligning the measurement line with the seal. Fill your ingredients to the brim of the sleeve, scrape away excess ingredients, and pour. Dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, or corn meal can be measured in cup increments.

To measure liquid ingredients on the Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup, go to the "liquid ingredients" side, slide the sleeve to the desired location, aligning the measurement line with the seal. Pour liquid to fill line indicated at the top of the sleeve. Liquid ingredients can be measured in cup increments, ounces or milliliters.

To measure solid ingredients on the Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup, go to the "dry ingredients" side for measuring solid ingredients such as shortening, butter, peanut butter, etc. Align the desired measurement line with the seal. Fill the cup with your ingredients and level. Simply push the bottom up and your ingredients will slide out.

It's easy to maintain the Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup! For optimum performance, rub the seal with cooking oil prior to use. Over time should the seal begin to leak, simply rotate your thumb along the top of the seal several times to restore original seal shape.

The Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup is easy to clean up! It is top rack, dishwasher safe. For best results, always separate the sleeve from the base of the cup before placing in the dishwasher.
