This commercial grade, standard-size half sheet pan is made from 65% recycled steel that has been aluminized for lighter weight and quicker heat transfer. The pan also has a rippled cooking surface to promote even baking and add strength and the entire pan is coated in USA Pan's proprietary Americoat non-stick surface that's made from natural silicone. The pan corners are rounded for easy cleaning and rims are rolled for comfortable handling. Made in the USA. Measures 13" l x 18" w x 1" h.
