The Wusthof Classic Slicing Knife is a smooth-cutting specialist that creates clean, continuous slices from any cooked or raw proteins. A long, narrow blade and gently curved edge reduces drag and helps you achieve picture-perfect presentations. Ideal for roasts, raw meat and fish portioning, "fanned" presentations, even slices of London broil and other grilled meats, and slicing melons or other fruits. And like all Classic Series Knives, the Slicing Knife is fully forged from Wusthof's legendary high-carbon, no-stain steel and finely ground and polished to a razor-sharp 14° PEtec edge. Hand washing is highly recommended. Made in Solingen, Germany and backed by Wusthof's lifetime warranty.
