The All-Clad HA1® Ceramic Nonstick 6-Quart Sauté Pan with Lid can braise, simmer, sauté, and handle one-pan meals. Its high sides keep splatter in the pan, and the ceramic nonstick interior releases food easily and resists stains. All-Clad’s HardCore™ Ceramic Technology pairs that interior with a hard-anodized aluminum body that’s 10x harder than traditional aluminum, for up to 2x the scratch resistance of standard aluminum. A stainless steel base heats evenly, resists warping, and works on all stovetops, including induction. The pan is oven safe to 450°F, and the tempered glass lid is oven safe to 350°F and lets you check on food without lifting it. ProStack™ handles have flush rivets, so your pans stack neatly without scratching each other. Measures 22.7" x 13.9" x 6.5".
