Part Time Customer Service Specialist
Kitchen Kapers, a 51 year old family operated business, is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient on-site customer service representative for the company’s operations on Kitchenkapers.com, Amazon.com, and Shopify.
Applicants should be proficient in data entry, have good email and phone etiquette, and a working knowledge of kitchenware. Must be willing to work in a warehouse. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, StoneEdge Order Manager, Excel, InDesign, and Photoshop is a plus.
This position is approximately 20 hours a week, between the hours of 12 pm- 4 pm.
Duties include:
- Answering customer emails
- Processing returns
- Corresponding with customers through Amazon’s buyer / seller portal
- Assisting the shipping department when needed
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other socials postings
- Increasing fans for the company on Facebook, Instagram, X
- Generating website traffic from Pinterest
- Kitchen Kapers blog and Kitchenkapers.com
- Search engine optimization
