The set served as a sample display in our stores, it was gently used and shows some light wear. While there are slight blemishes, they are very typical, if not inevitable, for copper cookware. All imperfections are strictly cosmetic, and most will work their way out with use and cleaning. Otherwise the pieces are sublimely functional. All handles are perfectly tight, and there are no bends or dents of any kind on the pots. Since the Mauviel Company removed themselves from the US market last year, we thought it best to offer this set as USED, at a significantly reduced price.
