The 3⅛"-deep hot pot pan has a center divider, so you can simmer two broths at once, spicy and mild for example, and everyone at the table can cook to their taste. Swap in the dual-surface griddle pan to grill meats and vegetables. Both pans have a titanium- and ceramic-enhanced nonstick coating and lift out for easy cleaning, and the deep pan can also go directly on a stovetop burner. A 1,300-watt heating system heats up quickly, temperature adjusts from Keep Warm to High, and a tempered glass lid lets you watch your food as it cooks. All food-contact surfaces are BPA-free, and the power cord detaches for easy storage. Measures 16.9" w x 13.75" d x 9" h with the deep pan.
