Three Brothers Coffee Subscription

Subscribe & Save is a pay-as-you-go subscription service that automatically sends you freshly-roasted Three Brothers Coffee. You choose the coffees you want, in the quantities you want, and tell us how often to send them. Subscribe & Save does the rest! Aside from the convenience, Subscribe & Save offers a 10% discount, plus reduced or free shipping starting at subscriptions of just 2 lbs. or more.

You will also receive access to the Subscription Portal, where you are given full control over your orders. In the portal, you can change coffees, quantities, and delivery schedule, or cancel.*

*There is a 2-order requirement that must be fulfilled before you can cancel (the initial order plus one automatic recurring order).

Here's how the subscription works.

1. Simply go to any Three Brothers Coffee product page and select the "Subscribe & Save" purchase option found at the top.
2. Select how often you would like automatic deliveries to occur, anywhere from 2-6 weeks. If you're unsure what interval is best for your household, don't worry, you can change it anytime.
3. You will need to select the same delivery interval for each coffee variety you want added to the subscription.
4. Then just select the quantity and the grind of your choice and add it to your cart, where the 10% discount is automatically applied.
5. Reduced Shipping Rates: $5 flat rate for 2-3 lbs. of coffee. Free Shipping on 4 lbs. or more.

Important! For the lowest shipping charges, please purchase your coffee subscription separately from any other non-subscription item.

You can do the same on any variety of Three Brothers coffee pages, and the subscriptions will merge to qualify for the lowest shipping option at check-out.

Subscription Portal

You will always have complete control of your subscription through your subscription portal. A link to this customer dashboard will be automatically emailed to you immediately after you make the initial order. You can also create an account at KitchenKapers.com to access your subscription details.

In the Subscription Portal, you can add and delete products, edit quantities, or change the delivery intervals to suit your needs. You can skip a delivery, pause the service or even cancel after the 2nd delivery.

Automatic email reminders inform you that a recurring charge and delivery are approaching. They will include a link to your portal, allowing you to edit your order before it ships.

FAQ

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
You can do both in your Subscription Portal. Subscribe & Save requires a "2 delivery" minimum, which means you must pay for the initial delivery plus at least one automatically recurring delivery before you can cancel the subscription. You will have the ability to edit the second shipment if you choose, and you can cancel your subscription anytime AFTER the second delivery.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
