Global G-16 10" Chef's Knife
Since 1989, the Global G-16 10" Chef's Knife has been a standard in professional kitchens across the globe. A 10" Chef's Knife is incredibly versatile, capable of finely slicing the smallest slivers of garlic as well as splitting whole melons with precision and control. The longer linear edge and clean-slicing performance can go from filleting salmon to skinning the sides, and then slicing portions without skipping a beat. This innovative and lightweight blade is stamped from Global's proprietary CHROMOVA18 Stainless steel alloy. It exhibits exceptional resistance to corrosion, has excellent edge retention and it resharpens with ease. Each thin-ground CHROMOVA18 blade is beveled on both sides, at a slight 17° angle per side to create a very sharp and fine edge that lasts. The blade transitions smoothly and seamlessly into the dimpled, stainless handle that is filled with sand to achieve a precise weight for the perfect balance. It's also one of the most hygienic designs on the market. Ideal for almost any kitchen prep. Made in Japan and backed by a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
