All-Clad offers its Stainless Collection, LTD (anodized aluminum exterior), and Master-Chef (brushed aluminum exterior) lines with a nonstick interior. This allows the cook to prepare dishes without oils or fats and adds some ease to clean-up. The cooking surface is not just a coating but a reinforced professional grade of nonstick which will not chip or peel, beneath is All-Clad's triple-ply construction. It is suggested that with All-Clad nonstick cookware one use rubber, wood or nylon utensils. Nonstick cookware is not recommended to go in the dishwasher. Nonstick is available in a limited number of pieces.

• Only medium to low heat is needed when cooking with All-Clad. All-Clad products consist of 5-ply bonded materials not only on the bottom of the cookware but also up the sides. This allows the cookware to distribute heat quickly and evenly to your food throughout the entire pan.
  
  
• All-Clad cookware can be used in the oven as well as on top of the stove. All-Clad can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees. If the product is non-stick the cookware can be placed in the oven up to 400 degrees.
  
  
• Stainless Steel utensils are not recommended for use in the non-stick pans.
  
  
• All-Clad’s STAINLESS collection can be used on an induction stove-top (excluding the Roti Pan, Pasta Pentola (7QT Stock Pot), and All-Clad’s new French Oven). The stainless collection is accessible on an induction stove-top because of it’s Magnetic Stainless exterior.

• The differences between All-Clad’s four-cookware lines lie mainly with their exterior surface. All four lines have a non-reactive stainless steel interior cooking surface and an aluminum core. This aluminum core is comprised of three distinct layers of aluminum for even heat distribution.
  
  
• The Cop-R-Chef line has a copper exterior. This copper exterior contributes to the Cop-R-Chef series being a great conductor of heat. Copper is one of the world’s best heat conductors.
  
  
• The LTD and Master Chef lines have an aluminum exterior. They are also excellent conductors of heat. The LTD line has an anodized aluminum exterior where the Master Chef line is a brushed aluminum exterior.
  
  
• The STAINLESS Steel line is the fourth, yet one of the most popular lines of All-Clad cookware. Normally Stainless Steel isn’t a very good conductor of heat but with All-Clad’s STAINLESS cookware line having an aluminum core, it in turn is also a great conductor of heat.

• The only line of All-Clad cookware that can be placed in the dishwasher is the All-Clad STAINLESS collection (with the exclusion of non-stick pieces). All others should not be placed in the dishwasher.
  
  
• When cleaning your All-Clad, we recommend using a product called Bar Keeper’s Friend. Bar Keeper’s Friend is a mild-abrasive cleanser that is safe to use on the interior as well as the exterior surface of the pan. This product works great on discolorations that may occur due to over heating of the pan as well as removing any food residue that may build up. Simply use this cleanser with a soft sponge and water to make into a paste.
