This Stainless Steel Chinois is a commercial-quality strainer used for refining sauces, purees and more. The fine mesh is woven tight ensuring the smoothest results and long-wearing durability. A long stainless steel handle and opposite side pot hook allow the chinois to be suspended over a pot or bowl. Both sides feature a hanging loop for storage. From Harold Import Co.
